Prof. Tatjana Radosavljevic

She is a Full Professor of Pathophysiology at the Institute of Pathophysiology “Ljubodrag Buba Mihailovic”, Faculty of Medicine University of Belgrade (MFUB). She has received his master (1994) and PhD (1999) in MFUB.  She is the manager of the mandatory course in the Physiological Sciences module of DAS. She leads the theoretical teaching and research skills of the PhD students at MFUB. She was Head of the Department of Pathological Physiology, MFUB (2009-2015). She has extensive experience in research project teamwork and management. She is Coordinator of the Project of Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of SerbiaThe role of neuroendocrino-infammatory axis in the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease” (Grant no. 175015) (2011 –) and the investigator in a large number of projects from 1992. Laboratory of Experimental hepatology at Institute of Pathophysiology MFUB has been established by dr Tatjana Radosavljevic (head). Her major scientific activity is focused on pathophysiological mechanisms of non-communicable liver diseases (ALD, NAFLD/NASH, hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis, HCC), obesity, metabolic syndrome and endocannabinoid system disorders. She was a mentor of numerous student theses, master's degrees, final academic specialist theses and doctoral dissertations at the Medical Faculty of the University of Belgrade. She is a member of the review board in the Cell journal, and is the reviewer of a large number of papers in prominent journals (Liver International, British Journal of Pharmacology, Biomolecules, European Journal of Nutrition, PLOS One, Food and Function, Journal of The Science of Food and Agriculture…). She is Member of the Program Council of Doctoral Studies, module of Physiologic sciences at MFUB. She has published a large number of bibliographic units, she was cited over 1000 times (SCOPUS), with h index 16 (SCOPUS).
