Zhanibek Yessimbekov is researcher of Scientific Center of Radioecological Research and a lecturer of Food Engineering Department of Shakarim State University of Semey, Republic of Kazakhstan. He obtained his PhD on Food Technology from Shakarim State University of Semey, Republic of Kazakhstan. Research interests: Functional food; Developing new meat products (sausage, pate, meatball et.c.) enriched with mineral (Ca, Mg, Fe et.c.) and protein supplements Health nutrition.
